Every run starts with written consent from every person recorded. Consent covers what is captured, how long it is kept before delivery, and who receives the finished dataset.

Ultro Labs delivers the dataset to one customer and does not keep a second copy for its own use, resale, or model training, unless the commissioning agreement says otherwise in writing.

Raw capture is stored on encrypted media with an access log from the moment a run ends to the moment the dataset ships. That log is part of the datasheet.
